Starting off HB0112 would eliminate liability for business owners that allow concealed carry in there place of business and it would make it so 21 year old that aren't prohibited could carry without a license

New this week:

HB0237 amends several areas of law including restraining order sentencing BUT it also exempts anyone 21 years or older that is not otherwise prohibited §76-10-504 (penalties for carrying a deadly weapon).

HB0252 would require firearms confiscated from criminals to be sold at auction or to a licensed dealer

HB0329 would form a reciprocity council in an attempt to get more states to recognize Utah permits and establish more reciprocity agreements

New this week HB0259 would clarify there is no duty to retreat before using deadly force against an aggressor
