AN ACT STREAMLINING THE PERMITTING PROCESS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to streamline the permitting process for the installation of solar photovoltaic systems.

Statement of Purpose:

To streamline the permitting process for rooftop solar energy projects.
