AN ACT CONCERNING THE REQUIREMENT FOR AN AMMUNITION OR GUN PERMIT FOR THE PURCHASE OF SHOTGUN SHELLS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to eliminate the requirement for an ammunition or gun permit in order to purchase shotgun shells.

Statement of Purpose:

To facilitate the purchase of shotgun shells by hunters.
