AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN ASSISTANT STATE OMBUDSMAN POSITION.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 17a-405 of the general statutes be amended to create the position of Assistant State Ombudsman in the Office of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman.

Statement of Purpose:

To expand the capacity of the Office of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman to serve residents.
