AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 676 




2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 676, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
41, by deleting on page 23, lines 19 and 20 and line 23, on page 
524, lines 10 and 11, page 25, lines 2 and 3, page 30, lines 19 
6and 20 and line 23, and on page 31, lines 10 and 11, wherever 
7it appears "prepackaged explosive components,"; and
 
8on page 51, line 5, by inserting after "order." the following: 
9"If the seizure order is not served within 48 hours because the 
10respondent cannot be located, law enforcement shall file the 
11statement of receipt explaining the efforts and attempts made 
12to serve the order on the respondent."; and

13on page 51, line 17, by inserting after "court." the 
14following: 
15"If the respondent fails to surrender the respondent's weapons 
16in accordance with the order to surrender, the law enforcement

1agency shall file a statement of receipt explaining how and 
2when the order was served and that the respondent did not 
3comply within the required time."; and



4on page 87, line 14, by inserting after "order." the 
5following:
