1		HOUSE RESOLUTION
2		WHEREAS, Noble "Andy" Stubblefield is retiring after 38
3		years of work as a dispatcher, first as a volunteer at the
4		LeRoy Communications Center and then at the McLean County
5		Sheriff's Department and Metcom in Bloomington; and
6		WHEREAS, Andy Stubblefield has supported emergency
7		services in central Illinois in a variety of capacities,
8		including as a former EMT-B, photographer, radio operator, EOC
9		radio operator for civil defense, and communications officer;
10		and
11		WHEREAS, Andy Stubblefield was an original member of the
12		McLean County ESDA Maintenance Group, now the McLean County
13		Emergency Management Agency Operations team; and
14		WHEREAS, Andy Stubblefield goes above and beyond by
15		volunteering his time as a Disaster Volunteer for the American
16		Red Cross of the Heartland and in numerous other leadership
17		roles as board member, treasurer, and secretary of emergency
18		services groups and associations; and
19		WHEREAS, Andy Stubblefield is the owner and operator of
20		Central Illinois Communications Consultant, sharing his
21		knowledge and expertise with other agencies and departments;

2		WHEREAS, Andy Stubblefield is a Master Mason and a lifetime
3		member of Bloomington Lodge 43; he is also a member of the
4		McLean County Shrine Club; and
5		WHEREAS, Andy Stubblefield plans to continue to stay active
6		and involved in ensuring safety and preparedness in the McLean
7		County area and the State of Illinois; and
8		WHEREAS, Andy Stubblefield has been married to Paula
9		Stubblefield for 32 years; together, they have a deep love for
10		their animal family members; therefore, be it
11		RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
12		NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
13		congratulate Noble "Andy" Stubblefield on the occasion of his
14		retirement and wish him continued success and happiness in the
15		future; and be it further
16		RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
17		presented to Andy Stubblefield as a symbol of our esteem and
18		respect.
